Covid_19 protocols

Client Health & Safety Protocol
  • Do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment.

  • Face coverings are required when entering to Spa Bolena

  • All Clients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and potential exposure upon arrival. 

  • Please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment, including children.

Spa Health & Safety Protocol
  • All Clients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and potential exposure when scheduling an appointment and upon arrival.

  • Max Two (2) Clients in the spa at a time.

  • Any clients or staff showing COVID-19 symptoms will be required to stay-home and appointments will be rescheduled.

  • All staff members will be required to wear appropriate face coverings.

  • All staff members will wash and sanitize their hands before and after every appointment.

  • Treatment rooms, surfaces, and devices will be wiped down and sanitized with medical-grade wipes before and after every appointment.

  • We have included an additional 15-minute window between appointments to avoid contact with other patients.

  • All lobby items such as magazines, information pamphlets, “tester” products, and snack items have been removed from common areas and treatment rooms.. 

  • We have placed additional hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the spa for both staff and clients.

  • We have placed an UV air filter sanitizer in the room.

  • In order to prevent spreading the virus by an accidental sneeze or coughing all massages are going to be perform face down.
